My girlfriend has leukemia. Recently the treatments have been making her wet the bed. I’m okay with it but we both want a solution that dosn’t require stripping the bed every night. Diapers seem to be the only solution for this. However she has allergies to the gel absorbent part. Cloth seems like a great option. However she is usually really tired and week. I know I will be helping her/ full out changing her often. Does anyone know a good way of doing this to a person that won’t effect their self esteem. Also she can’t get a diaper rash from it is there a good way to prevent this? She also sleeps in a lot is it okay to wake her up to change the diaper? Also she will soak herself if she takes a nap. I work from home so putting a diaper on her when she gets tired wont be an option but I can’t sit right with her all the time, not to mention she is a big girl.
If it helps the diapers are pin on and have plastic pants
Restricting liquids before bed isn’t an option/ other bedwetting treatments
I have never changed a diaper before
