Could skin Cancer caused from the sun affect the persons genes?

I know that Skin Cancer is caused in two ways..

1- UVA and UVB rays from over sun exposer
2- Inherited from parents.

My questions is.. Could Skin Cancer from the sun( UVA, UBV) could affect the persons genes that could possibly be passed to the offspring??
